House Rules
1. No parties or events.
2. No smoking inside the home.
3. Quiet hours 11pm to 7am eastern standard time (EST).
4. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
5. It goes without saying but no use of illegal substances.
6. Host permission must be obtained before hosting large groups beyond those staying at the house. Whether such events are allowed will be at the host's discretion. Additional fees may apply.
7. Call 9-1-1- and inform the host immediately in the event of a medical emergency at the property.
8. We understand that accidents happen. You must inform the host if anything is damaged during your stay. All items on the property must remain and can be utilized during your stay. Replacement fee for missing items will be requested.
9. The host must be notified in advance if you intend to bring a pet and a description of the pet provided. Pets are welcomed only at the host's discretion prior to your stay. Pet fees are $75/per pet/per stay. Additional cleaning fees may be required if there are pet damages to the property, pet hair is left behind or requires extra clean-up.
10. Violating the rules result in immediate cancellation without refund.
